Two ways to delete
- In the app (fastest): Profile → Settings → Delete account → Delete. Done straight away.
- Without the app: email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We delete everything within 30 days.
Delete in the app
- Open Spotzo and make sure you are signed in.
- Open the Profile tab and tap Settings.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete.
Your account and everything saved with it are removed from our servers immediately, and you are signed out. If the app cannot reach us at that moment, it offers to send the deletion request by email instead.
Delete by email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Delete my Spotzo account, from the email address you use to sign in to Spotzo (so we know the request comes from you). We reply to confirm and delete your account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted

Apart from the backups and logs above, which expire on their own, our email provider's standard delivery records, and our email exchange if you wrote to us, we keep nothing tied to you. (Spotzo has no purchases yet. If we add them, records that tax law requires us to keep will be described here and in the Privacy Policy before purchases go live.)
Data on your phone
Your photos, and everything you saved while playing as a guest, are stored only on your phone, never on our servers. To remove them, uninstall Spotzo, or open your phone's Settings → Apps → Spotzo → Storage and tap Clear storage.
Waitlist
If you joined the waitlist on spotzo.app and want your email removed, write to [email protected].
